The service

FileSnap provides free tools for editing, signing, splitting, merging, organizing, compressing, and converting PDF and image files. All processing happens locally in your browser; your files are never uploaded to our servers. The service is provided free of charge, with no account required, and is supported by advertising.

Acceptable use

You may use FileSnap for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial. You agree not to use the tools to create or modify documents for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes — for example, falsifying official records, contracts, or identity documents.

No warranty

FileSnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to make the tools accurate and reliable, we cannot guarantee that output files are error-free. Always review an edited document before relying on it. Keep your original files — because processing happens on your device, we have no copies and cannot recover anything.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FileSnap and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this service, including loss of data or business impact from edited documents.
